Ruchamie Thongoulay, also known as Meme, was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. She is certified in Business Management and has also earned an Associate’s Degree of Science in Criminal Law and Justice. Meme also speaks fluent Thai and Laotian.
Meme’s experience with scalp micropigmentation
Meme has had a artistic and creative mind since her childhood. This passion led her to a career and specialty in cosmetic beauty. She soon became Master Certified in the art of SMP and joined our dedicated team.
